At AdsVolt, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made on our platform.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing any product or service on AdsVolt, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Principles

  • AdsVolt operates as a marketplace platform. We are not the direct seller of most products. Individual sellers are responsible for their own products and refund policies.
  • Most products on AdsVolt are digital goods (SaaS scripts, web applications, code, tools, etc.). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once delivered.
  • Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Buyer Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • Product delivered is significantly different from the description/listing (e.g., completely non-functional or missing major advertised features).
  • Technical issues that prevent installation/usage and the seller is unable to provide support or fix within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charge or payment error made by the platform (not seller-related).

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description, requirements, or documentation properly.
  • Incompatibility with your server/environment after proper delivery.
  • Violation of the license terms (e.g., unauthorized redistribution or modification).
  • Products marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Final Sale”.
  • Services already delivered (e.g., website maintenance, consultation, custom work).
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase (unless specified otherwise by the seller).

3. Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, unless the seller specifies a different period.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your AdsVolt account.
  2. Go to “My Purchases” or “Orders”.
  3. Find the relevant order and click “Request Refund”.
  4. Provide a clear reason along with supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, communication with seller, etc.).
  5. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] with your order ID and details.

We will forward your request to the seller and facilitate communication.

5. Seller’s Role

  • Sellers may set their own refund policies (visible on the product page).
  • If a seller’s policy is more generous than this platform policy, the seller’s policy will apply.
  • Sellers are encouraged to respond to refund requests promptly and professionally.

6. Platform Fees & Charges

  • Platform transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of approved refunds, the buyer will receive the product price minus any applicable platform fees (if mentioned).

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • We strongly discourage chargebacks through your bank or payment provider. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
  • Users who file unjustified chargebacks may have their accounts suspended.

8. Exceptions

  • Custom development work, one-on-one consultations, and maintenance services follow separate agreements and are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • Free products, trials, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new policy.
