Managed services for beginners?
Hey everyone! I'm a super new SaaS founder here, just getting started with my 'Website Maintenance & cPanel Management Services' venture.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to structure my initial managed services packages. As a complete beginner, I'm a bit overwhelmed with what to include and how to price things without over-promising or under-delivering.
Has anyone else faced this challenge when launching their first managed services offerings?

Answered 1 week agoI'm trying to figure out the best way to structure my initial managed services packages. For your initial managed services, start with three tiered packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) clearly outlining specific website maintenance tasks like core updates, backups, and security scans with defined service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure a predictable recurring revenue model. Price these tiers by estimating your monthly time commitment for each and researching competitor rates for similar cPanel management offerings. What specific website platforms are you primarily targeting?

Answered 3 days agoFatima Mahmoud, so far I'm mostly getting inquiries for WordPress sites, but a few potential clients asked about basic Joomla stuff too. It's a bit of a juggle deciding where to focus my initial efforts, especially with the tiered packages you mentioned.
