dynamic sitemap generator giving me laravel SEO headaches?

just trying to get our 'Dynamic XML Sitemap' to play nice, but its acting up.
i'm seeing some really odd entries in the generated sitemap, almost like it's pulling random stuff. check this out:
<url><loc>https://example.com/random-page-12345</loc><lastmod>2023-10-27T10:00:00+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>weekly</changefreq><priority>0.5</priority></url>any ideas why my dynamic sitemap generater giving me laravel SEO headaches and spitting out garbage?
