Our 'What is my City Name' tool has suddenly started failing for almost all users, and I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out for hours.
The core IP address lookup functionality is consistently returning a vague GEO_API_ERROR, and I'm completely stuck.

Has anyone encountered this specific GEO_API_ERROR with their IP address lookup providers? Help a brother out please, I'm desperate!
