cPanel errors after migration?

just launched my first SaaS app, super excited! we're on a new shared hosting plan and just migrated everything over from a dev server.
now, i'm seeing some weird cPanel errors. like, the site sometimes loads, sometimes it's a 500 error. and the database connection seems really flaky. i'm a total noob with server stuff so this is pretty confusing.
wondering if there's a common checklist or steps i should follow to debug these post-migration issues. is there something obvious i might have missed in cPanel setting? anyone faced this before?
